It has been about a week since I have posted and we have lots to share!  We got back on Wednesday from five days in the Poconos.  My parents sold the house they co-owned and it is closing on Monday.  We spent the weekend with some family and friends and then Erik, Nathan and I stayed there a few extra days.  It was quiet, peaceful, relaxing and a little bit sad.  We spent so many fun times at that house and our whole family will miss being able to go there.

On a happier note, we did do some sight-seeing while we were there.  Spent some time at the outlets.  Had ice cream….A LOT!  Went to our favorite breakfast/lunch place, Chat-n-Chew.  And just had a great time as the three of us exploring the area around the Pocono house.  Here are some pictures of us during our vacation:

On the last day of our vacation, my mom called to inform us that our refrigerator was off and she thought it was broken.  Sure enough, the fridge crapped out and we had to throw away 95% of the food in there.  Thankfully, my mom was able to save some of it when she discovered the issue.  So our first adventure was buying a new fridge, which will be delivered soon.  Erik was able to pound on this old, crappy one a few times and the compressor actually kicked back on, so we are hoping it will last until the new one is delivered!

Today was a sad day for us because it was our physical therapist Jessica’s last day.  She has been with Nathan since he was about 2 months old and it is very hard for us to have to switch therapists.  She is leaving because she is having a little girl in October (yay!) and we wish her the best!  Nathan will definitely be visiting his new friend, and Jess, very soon!

Other than that, things are pretty much back to normal after our vacation.  I will be back to posting every day (or just about).  Here are some more cute pictures of Nathan for your viewing pleasure 🙂
